Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are free and provided without obligation
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding

Project Terms

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to schedule your project
• Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate and contract
• Permits: We obtain all necessary permits; permit fees are included in your estimate unless otherwise noted
• Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area during the project
• Utilities: You are responsible for marking underground utilities or providing utility location information

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your contract. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or maintenance
• Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God
• Surface cracking due to normal concrete curing (hairline cracks are normal)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the contract value of the services provided
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work begins
